Continuous Service Readiness (CSR ) Program

Welcome to the Home Page of the Southwest Region CSR Program

Welcome to the Southwest Region Continuous Service Readiness ™ (CSR) program. CSR is a joint effort of the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association and the Joint Commission Resources (JCR), a subsidiary of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The CSR program helps hospitals attain a level of continuous compliance with Joint Commission accreditation requirements.

The Southwest Region CSR program is available to hospitals in Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, and the VA hospitals in west Texas.
