No need to look further for the latest news, regulations and polices regarding hospital emergency departments (EDs), the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA), issues related to ED diversion, the shortage of on-call physician specialists and the care of undocumented immigrants.

Information on regulations and policies put into effect by the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Bureau of Emergency Medical Services and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) are easy to find here.
