Ben is a financial executive with over 10 years of leadership experience with a strategic and operational focus. The ONEcare Network model assembles high-performance, clinically integrated behavioral health care teams that include hospitals, social services, inpatient behavioral health, and primary care providers with the goals of enhancing disease screening and monitoring, improving treatment engagement and adherence, and decreasing the stigma of mental illness and substance use disorders. Using the 3 P’s of health equity (people, place, and partnerships), these networks create integrated systems of care that magnify the impact of a single provider as well as build partnerships to address the social determinants of health inequities to deliver the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
