In light of the current rise in COVID-19 cases, shortages of clinical staff, and potential for increased healthcare system needs over this holiday season, ADHS invites you to a CMO Strategy Session on November 18, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

This CMO Strategy Session will be held virtually and formally structured by a facilitator. Each system is invited to have one Chief Medical Officer or equivalent attend. Please be prepared to share current situational awareness from your system, current challenges, and novel strategies and ideas to collaborate across Arizona hospitals to support access to inpatient care for Arizonans.

Please note, there will be a separate meeting on staffing strategies to address nursing shortages and this topic will not be addressed here.
