  • Establish new conditions of participation for hospitals and critical access hospitals related to obstetrical services and maternal care.
  • Pay an add-on to the all-inclusive rate for Indian Health Services and tribal facilities for certain high-cost drugs.
  • Maintain the existing rate structure for intensive outpatient program (IOP) and partial hospital program (PHP).

  • 💻Videos in English, ASL and Navajo.
  • 📄 A library of forms in English, Spanish, ASL, Navajo and an audio version for documents such as living wills, healthcare power of attorney, durable mental healthcare power of attorney and pre-hospital medical care directives.
