What's new: The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) has finalized its list of providers which qualify for the differential adjusted payment (DAP).

Why it matters: Hospitals which are eligible for some or all of the DAP measures will receive anywhere from a 0.5 to 10.5% increase on all AHCCCS payments during contract year ending 2025 (Oct. 1, 2024-Sept. 30, 2025).

What's next: AzHHA encourages each hospital to review the website to ensure that AHCCCS is correctly accounting for all DAP payments for which the hospital is expecting to receive.

  • If you believe an error has occurred or have any questions, please email [email protected] as soon as possible (and no later than Monday, Sept. 30, 2024).
