UnitedHealthcare is excited to partner with AzHHA to introduce and offer their Claims Mobile Service Center which would enable hospitals to bring claims to a United Healthcare representative for on-the-spot resolution. This program allows providers to send a spreadsheet of claims to UnitedHealthcare four weeks ahead of a scheduled event for detailed research and, if appropriate, adjustment. Resolution for the claims on the spreadsheet will then be discussed with you by one of their Claims Adjusters and your Provider Advocate on the day of the event. All Hospital Systems interested in this event should contact Jim Haynes by November 15, 2018. He will work with UnitedHealthcare to set a location and date after the first of the year based on the interest shown.
