Deb Aders, RN, MS, CENP

As the CNO and VP of Patient Care Services, Deb Aders provides executive leadership and strategic directions in performance improvement and nursing staff development for better patient outcomes for YRMC.    Deb Aders, MS, BSN, RN, CENP became YRMC’s vice president for patient care services and chief nursing officer in 2016. She joined YRMC in 2011 as Director of Quality and since 2014 was promoted to Administrative Director of Quality Services and Patient Safety.  Ms. Aders prior to joining YRMC served in leadership roles including previous CNO and VP Quality and Patient Safety. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing and master of Science degree from University of Evansville and is currently Certified as an Executive in nursing practice.
