Jennifer Godfrey
Jennifer is a former NICU parent and woman in recovery from substances. She is a Family Support Specialist at Valley Medical Center, reducing the negative impacts of the NICU journey with the goal to improve parent infant bonding. She encourages families to advocate for themselves and advocates on their behalf when they are not present to speak for themselves. She is passionate about advocating for families and making sure communication between providers and nurses is clear and appropriate.
