Co-presenting with Jay Kuhns, Vice President, Strategic Planning, IRI Consultants

“An employer brand strategy is one of the most contemporary approaches in the market today. It drives not only the talent acquisition process by dramatically differentiating the employer; it sends a powerful message to third parties that this employer is on top of their culture. Combining three robust elements (a people site, specific content, and dedicated social channels) participants will learn how to transform their employer brand from ordinary to radically different. Learn how to attract the talent you need and simultaneously keep disruptive third parties away.”
