Possessing over 23 years of experience dedicated to critical care and OB/GYN nursing including antepartum, high risk, labor and delivery, newborn care, postpartum care, and GYN. Undertaken a variety of roles in career including certified childbirth
educator, clinical educator, labor and delivery Manager, Perinatal Safety Officer and healthcare consultant. Developed and implemented an advanced obstetric training and simulation suite in large healthcare organization utilized by staff, physicians, midwives, and community partners that is distinguished nationally. Developer of nationally recognized perinatal safety toolkit to increase patient safety and decrease obstetrical harm. Serves on Arizona AIM Collaborative.
Stacie is a National Ambassador for Synova Perinatal Nurse Leaders and serves on a National Committee for The Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN). Her work is her mission field to strengthen healthcare systems, achieve safe outcomes, and share knowledge through research, training, and consulting.
