A committee governed by the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association (AzHHA) Board of Directors
The Thoughtful Life Conversations (TLC) Committee drives the transformation of conversations between individuals, family members and healthcare providers to plan for future healthcare. Committee members work to improve education and outreach statewide, policies and payment systems, as well as real-time accessibility of healthcare directives. Committee members not only brainstorm ideas for program development, implementation, evaluation and funding, but serve to create a collective impact between the TLC program and their respective organizations.
