Woody Martin

Woody Martin first joined the Board of Directors for Yuma Regional Medical Center in 2004, serving over the years as Secretary/Treasurer and Vice Chair. He currently leads as the Board Chair. In earlier service to YRMC, he served on the Board of Directors for the Foundation of Yuma Regional Medical Center from 2001 to 2006, leading two of those years as Board Chair. Woody served in the U.S. Army and graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Administration/Accounting. Prior to moving to Yuma, he worked as CFO at the corporate office for O’Malley Lumber Co. based in Phoenix. In the Yuma community, he worked for numerous local businesses as their CFO, including Braden Trust/Texas Hills Farms and Booth Machinery. Martin holds iProtean Board Certification in Finance, Governance Quality and Mission & Strategy.
