The Post-Acute Care Hospitals Constituency Group works together to find better ways to bring Arizonans the care they deserve. Not only does this Constituency Group allow its stakeholders to analyze issues and brainstorm with each other, it digs deep to identify how they can put information together to help patients get the right level of care at the right time.
